Project Overview:
UNDENIED Fitness, a local gym, needed a compelling "Who Are We" video to showcase their unique culture, values, and what makes them different from other gyms in the area. The goal was to create an engaging video that would attract new members by highlighting their personal-driven atmosphere and results-oriented training programs.
Our Video Strategy:
We approached this project with a story-first strategy, ensuring the video would resonate emotionally with potential clients. Our process included:
Pre-Production Planning
Conducted a discovery call to understand UNDENIED Fitness’s brand identity, core message, and audience.
Outlined key elements to include: gym atmosphere, Greg’s interactions, success stories, and workout intensity.
Created a shot list and storyboard to ensure a smooth production.
Production – Capturing the Energy
Shot b-roll footage of high-energy workouts, personal training sessions, and youth pushing themselves to their limits.
Used dynamic camera movements (tracking shots, slow-motion captures) to emphasize power and dedication.
Focused on lighting and framing to create a visually appealing, motivating aesthetic.
Post-Production – Bringing It All Together
Edited the footage to create a high-impact, fast-paced final cut that reflects the gym’s intensity.
Incorporated motivational music and cinematic transitions to enhance the storytelling.
Included a clear Call-To-Action (CTA) at the end, driving viewers to “sign up for your free intro.”
Challenges & How We Overcame Them:
Challenge: Capturing authentic emotion while ensuring the gym didn't look staged.
Solution: We filmed real workouts when emotions were high and real.
Challenge: Low-light conditions in some areas of the gym.
Solution: Used supplemental lighting strategically while maintaining the natural ambiance.
Challenge: Condensing a full gym experience into a short, engaging video.
Solution: Focused on key emotional beats and structured the edit to tell a powerful story in under two minutes.
Results & Impact:
The video successfully captured UNDENIED Fitness’s energy and commitment to transformation.
